Job opening for UK Director at Tyze

Title:                         UK Director

Work Schedule:         37.5 hours per week / One year contract     

Salary:                       £55,000 to  £65,000   

Location:                    Based in London, some travel required

What You’ll Do

Business and Corporate Development  

  • Collaborate with Tyze leadership to identify legal structures related to creating subsidiaries, franchises and partnership models.
  • Identify, analyse, pursue and report on opportunities with prospective new partners and funding bodies
  • Develop UK growth plan
  • Develop and enhance relationships and partnerships that align with strategic business goals

 Sales and Marketing

  • Deliver on sales and marketing initiatives for UK client acquisition and Tyze sales objectives for both corporate and individual Tyze members
  • Create leads through cold and warm sales calls, networking and presentations
  • Book and prepare appointments for demonstrations
  • Prepare sales proposals and personalized follow-ups for prospects
  • Work with Sales and Administration to prepare, deliver and follow up on signed contracts, ensuring copies to Tyze accounting and to customer
  • Track quantifiable objectives to measure results based on goals set for UK
  • Attend professional and trade shows, presentations, business and healthcare networking opportunities and training opportunities aligned with sales objectives
  • Update and maintain the company sales and reporting database
  • Prepare data required for regular sales pipeline reports
  • With Marketing, prepare UK-specific public relations initiatives including press releases, partner plans, advertising, marketing materials and publications, conferences and online marketing
  • Oversee the production of all printed marketing material for UK distribution

Client & Project Marketing

  • Manage key relationships with Tyze partners, funders and clients in the UK
  • Conduct in-person or online training for all new UK clients
  • Conduct regular check ins with all clients, providing additional training or communications support as required
  • General administrative functions in UK office
  • Serve as the project manager for all initiatives undertaken in the UK.  This will include project reporting for funders and other supporters, as well as to Tyze.
